The "EMPEROR" refuses to lose and draws in the last seconds

Al Wasl tied against its guest Kalba, 4-4 Friday evening, in the match that was held between them at Za’abeel Stadium, in the 17th round of the Arabian Gulf League.

The match started with high excitement, the first opportunity was created after Abdulrahman Saleh's quick breakthrough, from the left side, through which he passed through Kalba's defender, to be forced to block him, in the 4th minute, but the referee decided that there was no violation amid the players' demands to refer to the "VAR".

In the 7th minute, the Emperor launched a quick counter-attack, which ended with a shot from Joao Figueiredo, but it went over the crossbar, followed by Ronaldo Mendes's cross, from the right side, at the head of his compatriot Figueiredo, who almost turned the ball into the goal, but it also overcame the crossbar in the 9th minute.

Al Wasl continued his attacking attempts in the 11th minute, this time through a header from Captain Fabio de Lima, but it passed by the right post of goalkeeper Khaled Al Balooshi.

In the 26th minute, and against the direction of play, Kalba succeeded in opening the scoring, through Ahmed Gashik, who shot the ball in the nest after a rebound from Sultan Al Manthiri.

In the 29th minute, Kalba added the second goal, after Majid Rashid's powerful shot, which collided in Malaba, to change direction and goes into Al Mantheri’s net.

In the 36th minute, Santos scored the third goal for Kalba, taking advantage of an error in Al Wasl's defensive positioning.

Al Wasl intensified his attempts to score the first goal, and succeeded in the 45th minute through captain Fabio Lima, in reducing the difference, which scored a goal with great skill in the narrow corner of goalkeeper Khaled Al Balushi, to end the first half with Kalba advancing three goals to one for Al Wasl.

In the 61st minute, Odair Hellmann pushed the Brazilian Felipe Natan, instead of Youssef Al Muhairi, in the 71st minute, the captain, Fabio Lima, succeeded in scoring the second goal of the Emperor, after a hand ball on Kalba defender, the referee awarded a penalty, after returning to the VAR.

In the 73rd minute, Joao Figueiredo missed an equalizing opportunity after hitting the ball over the crossbar in the six-yard area.

Hellmann, made the second substitution in the 76th minute and pushed Nasser Mahmoud at the expense of Argentine Nicolas Oroz, to increase the attacking intensity of the team and score the equalizer.

The Brazilian coach pushed the third change in the 87th minute with the participation of Youssef Ahmed instead of Habbouch Saleh.

In the 90th minute, the referee awarded a second penalty kick to the Emperor after Figueiredo was pushed in the penalty area.

Captain Fabio de Lima went to shot the ball, scoring his "hattrick" and a draw for the Emperor.

In the 95th minute, Malaba scored the fourth goal for Kalba, taking advantage of a defensive error for Al Wasl, but the emperor refused the defeat and equalized in the last seconds of the match through Fabio de Lima, who took advantage of the Kalba defender's mistake, to score his fourth goal in the match, "Super Hattrick" to end the match with a 4-4 draw.

Al Wasl raises its score to 27 points.
