Return Process:

- Return the product to the store in its original packaging and the same condition as delivered.
- Present the invoice associated with the product during the return process.

Returns or exchanges for products customized based on customer requests are not accepted according to our standards.
In the event of an erroneous, damaged, or non-matching product delivery, a refund equivalent to the purchase price will be issued. Regardless of the situation, customers are obligated to return the incorrect, damaged, or inaccurate products as promptly as possible in their original condition.
Exchange Process:
Customers seeking to exchange products may visit the nearest store to return the item and acquire alternative products. The availability of the desired product and the exchange procedure will adhere to the company's policies.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned or exchanged products, the company will initiate the refund process, excluding any delivery fees paid.
Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for any local or international shipping fees associated with the return or exchange.
Purchase Vouchers:
Products acquired through purchase vouchers are eligible for exchange only, as the voucher is non-refundable.
