Al Wasl announced the signing of Nigerian striker Isaac Success, 28 years old, who previously played for Italy's Udinese, as a foreign player to strengthen the team's lineup for the 2024-2025 season. Success brings extensive experience from European football, having played for clubs like Udinese in Italy, Granada FC and Málaga FC in Spain, and Watford in England. He also shined with the Nigerian national team, earning the top  goal scorer title at Under 17 years Afrika-Cup, and and winning under 17 world cup championship in 2013 .
