The first football team of Al Wasl has concluded its training sessions at Zabeel Stadium in preparation for their match against Sharjah tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22, in the 13 th round of  ADNOC Pro League that will take place at Zabeel Stadium at 8:00 PM.

In previous statements, the head coach of the first team, Milos Milojevic, spoke about the match, saying: "Preparations for the Sharjah match are going normally, and we are lucky to have all players ready."

He continued, "I believe it won't be easy, but it’s a match that doesn’t require much motivation, especially for the players, as it is against a big team and a great coach."

He concluded by emphasizing that the team’s morale is extremely high, especially after the victory over Al Sadd in the UAE-Qatar Super Shield, saying: "I hope we can approach the match with the same level of energy we had against Al Sadd, with the same fight, the same spirit, and deliver a good performance. Hopefully, if we do everything right, we can win the game."

For his part, player Soufiane Bouftini emphasized that winning the UAE-Qatar Super Shield would serve as motivation for the team to secure victory against Sharjah. He said: "We will face Sharjah with high morale after winning the UAE-Qatar Super Shield, and we aim to deliver a strong performance in the match and achieve a result that satisfies us."

He continued: "We know that Sharjah is a strong team competing for the league title, but we are also determined to secure the three points, especially since we are playing on our home ground and in front of our fans."

He praised the Emperor's fans, expressing gratitude for their constant support and loyalty to the team. He said: "I am confident of a strong turnout from our fans for the Sharjah match. We thank them for traveling with us everywhere; they accompanied us to Uzbekistan and Qatar. I hope they will be present at the Sharjah game to support and cheer us on. As players, our goal is to make them happy and bring smiles to their faces because they truly deserve it."
