Ahead of their match against Al Wahda on Saturday, April 12th, in Matchweek 21 of the ADNOC Pro League at Zabeel Stadium scheduled for 8:30 PM , Al Wasl’s first team conducted their final training session.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, head coach Milos Milojevic said:“Our preparations are going well. We know how strong Al Wahda is — they’ve had good results in their last five matches. They’re a very stable team with high individual quality.”
He also emphasized that the team’s big win in the previous round against Al Jazira will be a strong motivation for the players to keep winning, adding:“The match against Al Jazira will help us boost our self-confidence, but it won’t mean anything if we don’t go into the Al Wahda match with the same energy and mindset.”
For his part, goalkeeper Mohamed Al Wali confirmed that the team is ready for the game, stating:“Our preparations have gone well, and all of my teammates are fully ready to give their best to make the fans happy. Al Wahda is a strong team, and our matches against them are always intense and exciting. But I hope we can get a result that satisfies us in the end.”
