Al Wasl suffered a 2-1 defeat against Khorfakkan in a match held at Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Stadium, in the round 18 of the ADNOC Pro League.

Al Wasl started the match with an attacking approach, with its most dangerous chances coming from Jonathas Santos in the 13th minute and Ali Saleh in the 31st minute, who dribbled past Khorfakkan’s defense, but his shot hit the side netting.

Braian Aramis Ramirez opened the scoring for Khorfakkan in the 33rd minute.

In the second half, Soufiane Bouftini equalized for Al Wasl in the 56th minute.

However, in the third minute of stoppage time, Kwon Kyung-won secured the victory for Khorfakkan with a late goal.
