In preparation for The AFC Champions League Elite, which will begin with a match against the Uzbek team Pakhtakor at the Jar Stadium -Tashkent next Tuesday, September 17, Al Wasl  drew 1-1 with their guest East Riffa Club of Bahrain in a friendly match held at Zabeel Stadium.

Al Wasl dominated the first half, and striker Haris Seferovic scored for the Emperor in the 16th minute. 
In the second half, Thiago scored the equalizer for East Riffa in the 47th minute. Despite many attempts by the Emperor's players to score, they were not fortunate, and the match ended in a positive draw. 
This match is an important opportunity for the Emperor to enhance the players' technical and physical readiness, and prepare them for the upcoming competitions at the highest level to deliver an optimal performance.
