In Matchweek 22 of the ADNOC Pro League, at Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium in Sharjah Club, Al-Wasl defeated Al-Bataeh with a score of 3-1.
Al-Bataeh took the lead in the 5th minute through Ulrich Sidoine, and Siaka Sidibe equalized for Al-Wasl in the 39th minute.
FabioDe Lima put Al-Wasl ahead in the 43rd minute after an attack led by Ali Saleh, who sent an accurate cross to Nicolas Gimanez, who set it up for Lima, and the latter finished it in the net with a powerful header.
In the 89th minute, substitute Caio Canedo confirmed Al-Wasl's victory by scoring the third goal.
