Today, Al Wasl Club held a press conference to preview the match against Al Ahli Saudi, which is part of the second round of the AFC Champions League Elite .The match will take place at Zabeel Stadium tomorrow at 8:00 PM UAE time.

Our first team football coach, Milos Milojievic, spoke at the conference, accompanied by player Fabio Lima. Milos said, "We are facing a strong team, one of the top four teams in Saudi Arabia, so we know what kind of match to expect." He added, "We are preparing to approach the game with a different mentality, trying to repay our supporters who traveled to Al Ain to support us. We know the quality of their team in the Saudi league; they have a good coach, and we know what we will face tomorrow."

He continued, "We need to stay more cohesive, play together, and focus on winning the match. This game is important like any other match; we have a clear goal in this competition, which is to advance to the next stage." He concluded, "Last year, I achieved two great accomplishments with the players, and I hope we perform well tomorrow."

For his part, Fabio Lima confirmed that Al Wasl players are ready to face Al Ahli Saudi, saying, "It’s a tough match against one of the top four teams in the Saudi league, and they have many good players. In our last match against Pakhtakor, we performed well and showed everyone that we have the ability to return to competitions."

He added, "We have to do our job and fight for the three points. The mentality of Al Wasl has changed in the last two years, and we should be competing in major competitions because it will be good for us, the club, and everyone. I played in this competition six years ago, and I am excited to play; I hope we prove to everyone that we can deliver a great performance in tomorrow’s match."
