As a part of the community partnership for the "Back to School" event for the new 2024-2025 academic year, Al Wasl Football Academy organized a lecture titled "How to Build a Child's Character and Prepare for Study." The lecture was conducted remotely by Mr. Ahmed Abdul Karim Bamusallam, Head of the family Guidance and Conciliation Department at Dubai Courts, and presenter of the program "Wasaaya" on Sama Dubai TV and "Family Hour" on Noor Dubai Radio.
The lecture focused on providing parents and educators with the necessary strategies and tools  to build a child's personality, and the factors affecting the child's personality like family, environment, school, and friends, and the role of sports in shaping the child's personality, enhancing self-confidence, and the importance of promoting positive values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and staying away from bad company and wrong behavior.
The lecturer also focused on social media  websites and their negatives, the role of administrations, schools and community bodies and their responsibilities in supporting the child and encouraging him to achieve his personal and sports goals, and the impact of sports academies on the child’s personality and emotional and social development to become an effective and successful individual in society.
