The "EMPEROR" draws with Khorfakkan

Al Wasl drew with his guest Khorfakkan with a goal like him, in the match hosted by Za’abeel Stadium, in the second round of the ADNOC Pro League.

The Emperor made a more than brilliant start and scored an early goal in the 3rd minute through the header of the brilliant Michel Araujo, who took advantage of Fabio de Lima's perfect cross from the right.

Al Wasl tried to seize the play through the middle of the field to find a gap in The Clumpy Khorvkan defense and in the 45th minute Fabio fired a rocket shot from outside the penalty area but collided in the defender Khorvkan to turn into a corner, ending the first half with a positive draw 1-1.

Al Wasl entered the second half more actively in the 52nd minute an organized attack led by Araujo, from the right, sending a wonderful pass to Butker, in the penalty area who passed the ball to Ali Saleh to face The Goal of Khorvkan solo but shot the ball in the hands of goalkeeper Ahmed Mahmoud.

In the 73rd minute, the referee awarded a penalty in favour of the Emperor after the ball touched the hand of the guest defender, but contrary to the habit Fabio de Lima wasted the penalty to keep the result a positive draw between the two teams.

Odier Hillman made the team's second switch in the 79th minute with the entry of young Brazilian Luiz Henrique in place of Ali Saleh, followed by another switch in the 83rd minute with the entry of Salem Azizi at the expense of defender Adelson Silva to increase the offensive effectiveness of the team.

In the second minute of stoppage time, Al Wasl came close to scoring the three-point goal through Luis Henrique's header but collided in the left-hand post of goalkeeper Ahmed Mahmoud, ending the match with a 1-1 draw.
