In collaboration with the Emirates Child Protection Association,Social Committee, Al Wasl Club organized an awareness lecture titled "How to Protect Myself from Bullying and Harassment." The session was delivered by Dr. Shahd Al Hammadi and Dr. Naima Al Abbar for Al Wasl Academy players aged nine and ten. This initiative reflects the club's commitment to providing a safe and supportive sports environment, prioritizing player safety, and raising awareness to protect them from negative behaviors both on and off the field.

During the lecture, the players were introduced to the definitions and various forms of bullying and harassment, how to recognize unsafe situations and respond appropriately, the importance of reporting any inappropriate behavior, and the role of coaches and management in ensuring safety. The session also emphasized encouraging children to speak up without fear, ways to prevent harassment, and highlighted that awareness of bullying and harassment risks is an essential part of developing players into stars both on and off the field.
