Ali Saleh opened the scoring after 45 seconds from the start whistle with a pass from Fabio De Lima, scoring the fastest goal in the ADNOC Pro League this season. Fabio De Lima added Al-Wasl's second goal in the 15th minute after following up on Ali Saleh's shot, which Al Orooba's goalkeeper deflected.

Caio Canedo scored Al Wasl's third goal in the 35th minute with a beautiful header after following a cross from Abdelrahman Saleh.
Jonatas Santos scored Al Wasl's fourth goal in the 41st minute from a cross played by Ali Saleh.

In the second half, Tahnoon Al Zaabi scored Al Wasl's fifth goal in the 68th minute with a powerful left-footed shot from outside the penalty area.
